The house capacity has home for nine residents, supported by a live-in House Coordinator and a volunteer local board of directors.

Abbeyfield offers eligible independent seniors the opportunity to live and immerse in a warm family-like atmosphere. Residents enjoy companionship when they want it, privacy when they need it, security, and non-profit affordability. Each resident has their own private bed-sitting room, including a small individual patio, plus access to the spacious common areas of the house. Nutritious home-cooked meals are provided. It is a home away from home.
